Joseph M. Zeroles
Joseph is currently a member of the Farmington Volunteer Fire Company. He serves on the Permanent Memorial, Constitution & Bylaws, and DVFA Conference committees.

Joe joined the Farmington Volunteer Fire Company in 1979. He has held the offices of Secretary, Vice President and President. A life member at Farmington, he was twice awarded the Farmington Volunteer Fire Company Fireman of the Year. In 1994, Joe was appointed as a Fire Police Officer, a position he continues to hold. He has served as the Farmington Fire Company banquet committee chairman for 27 years. In 1989, Joe joined the Harrington Fire Company, where he has also attained Life Membership and has served on the Board of Directors. He was appointed as a Fire Police Officer of the Harrington Fire Company in 1994 and continues to serve in that role. Mr. Zeroles has served as President of the Kent County Volunteer Firefighter’s Association, President of the Kent County Fire Police Association and President of the Delaware State Fire Police Association. Joe has served as a Trustee and as Chairman of the Delaware State Mutual Relief Association. Joe has served on the Delaware State Fire Prevention Commission, DVFA Director for Kent County. Joseph Zeroles was awarded the Kent County Fire Police Officer of the Year in 2002, the Delaware State Fire Police Officer of the Year in 2008 and the Kent County Firefighter’s Association Fireman of the Year in 2008. Joe has also served as the Kent County and Delaware State Task Force Officer for several years. He was inducted into the Delaware Volunteer Firefighter’s Association Hall of Fame in 2008. Joe is a member of the Harrington Moose Lodge #534. He and his wife Debbie have two children, Lisa and Jason granddaughters Yorguo & Brynn and grandson Luke.
