Emmanuel is currently a member of the Cranston Heights Fire Company.
Emmanuel J. Harkins was President of the Cranston Heights Fire Company for 16 consecutive years. He was President of the New Castle County Volunteer Firemen’s Association, served on the Delaware State Fire Prevention Commission and was inducted into the Delaware Volunteer Firemen’s Association Hall of Fame.
